The Yahoo! vice president gave an engaging talk about interaction and immersion, the key tools in attracting online audiences, as she sees it. Schneider sees good times ahead if news orgs can embrace the change from monologue to dialogue, and take big risks in making smart, focused bets … and “rapid failures” to get results.
